Managing Director
Jude Foster has been awarded a Churchill Fellowship for 2006 for the development of the Wrap Around Kids Program. Jude is a Registered Nurse, an endorsed GP trainer and she is currently completing her Bachelor in Psychology (Hons) at the University of New England. She is also President of the Learning Difficulties Coalition of NSW, the peak advocacy body for families of children with AD/HD and associated conditions that impact school.

Jude's experience as a health professional, research coordinator and particularly as a parent, highlighted the difficulties for many families of : retelling their story over and over, of misunderstandings occurring at school and of the need to develop a sustainable program of support.

Jude established a company Fostering Partnerships in 2000 to develop the Wrap Around Kids program. After 4 years of trials and refinement Wrap Around Kids is now established in 19 Australian schools.
   
 
 
Technology Operations Manager
Paul Blainey has a background in print publishing using Apple Macintosh computers since 1986 and has been a Technology Consultant and Software Developer since 1993. Paul has developed a number of database solutions including the Wrap Around Kids reporting program. He is now working with our partners at Kangasoft on the next generation of the Wrap Around Kids On-Line Solution.
 
 
Financial Strategist
Louise Symonds B Com CPA is a Financial Advisor and Accountant specialising in small business. Louise has experience in commercial and public accounting and is a registered tax agent. Her professional interests focus on developing small to medium enterprises (SME) and providing strategic and financial mentoring. Louise has participated in steering commitees committed to providing services for young people.
 
 
Strategic Planner and Education Consultant
Janette Blainey BA DipEd brings thirty-five years of experience in education and management. Janette is passionate about facilitating processes that enable people to achieve their potential and sees collaboration as vital to creating effective futures. Janette has written papers on learning including Working with the Intuitive, 1990 and a facilitators manual Valuing Diversity, 1995.
